Kaitlyn Johnson (40 Under 40 Alumni) is the deputy director of the Chief of Space Operations’ Strategic Initiatives Group for the U.S. Space Force. In this role, she advises on Space Force strategic messaging, institutional policies, change management, organizational development, and space strategy. Before this, Johnson was a deputy director and fellow of the Aerospace Security Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
