Coleman began her human resource (HR) journey with GT Athletics. She first served as an HR intern and, shortly after, became an HR coordinator. She has a strong passion for creating seamless onboarding experiences that help new employees feel welcomed and set up for success and for developing efficient offboarding processes that ensure smooth transitions while maintaining positive employee relationships. 

She is responsible for the foreign national process, faculty and staff onboarding, orientation, and providing HR-related assistance to all faculty and staff across AE. She enjoys traveling with family and friends, exploring new places, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
